Please pass this email on to all of your members who may be coming to the Thames Valley Wingding this weekend.

We have now had nearly 50 requests to come onsite on Thursday and whilst we are very pleased so many people want to come early
we are restricted to onsite numbers for the Thursday evening as the Rubgy/Football club,  we are holding our Wingding at this year,  use the fields
for practice on Thursday evenings and the clubhouse  is also holding their AGM this Thursday so the carparks will be very full.

We are sorry if this disappoints some people, we tried to accommodate a few long distance travellers but the word has got around and so now we have
to say sorry but access to the site is not possible until Friday morniing..We will of course be onsite early Friday if people want to beat the Friday traffic.

See you all on Friday for a great weekend, Scenic run and Free BBQ on Sat....
